We provide learners with a dedicated trainer to support them through their learning journey. Trainers have extensive industry experience allowing them to not only support learners in their learning journey and give guidance when entering or advancing in the workforce. Administrative support is available after hours.

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate SITHFAB002 from your state or territory.
Participants will be required to undertake a minimum of 144 hours of professional industry work placement in a suitably resourced workplace for successful completion of this qualification. It is the responsibility of the learner to source a suitably equipped and resourced workplace to undertake their work placement. However, our qualified trainers are able to provide advice and support if required. It is the responsibility of the learner to retain a copy of any assessment sent to the College. Posted materials are to be sent by registered post to guarantee delivery.
