We provide learners with a dedicated trainer to support them through their learning journey. Trainers have extensive industry experience allowing them to not only support learners in their learning journey and give guidance when entering or advancing in the workforce. Administrative support is available after hours.
We pride ourselves on its fast turnaround facilitating individualised study plans, allowing learners to work at their own pace. All assessments are marked with feedback provided within 10 working days! Learners always have units to work on so there is no waiting before moving on to the next unit!
Participants will be required to undertake a minimum of 144 hours of professional industry work placement in a suitably resourced workplace for successful completion of this qualification. It is the responsibility of the learner to source a suitably equipped and resourced workplace to undertake their work placement. However, our qualified trainers are able to provide advice and support if required. It is the responsibility of the learner to retain a copy of any assessment sent to the College. Posted materials are to be sent by registered post to guarantee delivery.
